Punch Taverns PLC announces the sale of 45 pubs to Admiral Taverns (Cygnet) Limited for a total cash consideration of £14.8m. The sale is expected to complete in early September.
The sale follows the acquisition of Avebury Holdings Limited and a review of the enlarged Punch estate to identify specific areas of local concentration.
